Ramboll is a mature organisation from an IT Service Management perspective and in close cooperation we have developed a comprehensive set of metrics to optimize their IT Service Delivery. Building on the Metricus IT Performance Datamart and related services, Ramboll is able to have a very short turnaround time for creating new metrics and reports. Continual service improvement initiatives are tracked using process mining and process-related metrics, and various machine learning models are deployed to help optimize overall service delivery e.g. incident SLA prediction, change management failure prediction and workforce resource forecasting.
